Banif's 'bad bank' repays bond ahead of schedule

The "bad bank" that holds the assets of failed Portuguese bank Banif said on Monday it had fully paid a 746 million euro ($780.02 million) bond it issued in late 2015 three and a half years ahead of schedule.
